Jordan and Kyle were amazing realtors! I've know Jordan for years and knew when I was ready to purchase a home, she was who I would turn to. They made the process as easy as possible, were organized and informative. To begin with, I didn't think I could afford to purchase a home, but Jordan gave me the quick run down of some options and got me in touch with a lender to discuss more in depth. After I was approved there, Jordan got us set up for the home search. I looked at houses with both Kyle and Jordan separately. When I was narrowing down my search and my dad came to look with me, everything he pointed out were things Kyle had already pointed out to me that I hadn't noticed. This instilled even more confidence in their opinion and advice. They kept things organized and negotiated well for me. I was very happy and felt like I got the best deal I could on the perfect house for me. If I had to do it again, I wouldn't change a thing. Thank you both!

While on vacation, they stayed up and negotiated with the selling realtor, to ensure that our offer was as attractive as possible. At the end of the day we actually did NOT have the best offer, however the selling realtor was impressed with how engaged Kyle and Jordan were, and how well they communicated, that they accepted our offer! My Wife woke me up at 3 in the morning, absolutely screaming with excitement. As we were REALLY excited about this house being our dream home. This would be impressive for any realtor, but for one who was half a world away, through 8 time zones, and on vacation is something that needs to be recognized. Thank you all for your hard work and dedication to making sure we were taken care of. Kyle and Jordan were great to work with! As an out of town buyer, I couldn't have asked for better agents who were willing to do a lot of video tours, schedule showings when we were in town, track down information not readily available on listings, and once we were under contract, they were very helpful in being there for services we had scheduled prior to closing. They were not afraid to check out tough to get to spots in the homes to check for structural/damage issues. They were very accommodating and did a lot of driving to help us find a great house! Plus, they were easy to communicate with. I would recommend Jordan and Kyle to anyone looking to relocate to the KC area.
